Delivery Information

Shipping your order
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of cleared payment and are shipped with the Royal Mail or various couriers depending on the size & weight of the order, most orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please allow 5 WORKING days before querying non - delivery of your order, but once this period has elapsed please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate the reason. We will always inform you of any delays.

All buyers please note, once your items are shipped you will recieve a shipping confirmation via email.

How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders are sent by second class mail. We state 5 working days but endeavor to get all received orders posted within 3 days. This may take longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc. If you are unsure or need your order sooner then please contact us. Royal Mail second class service is now 3-5 days and is no longer a two day service. All estimated delivery times are just that, estimated.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Not at the moment, we currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Returns Policy
We cannot accept returns on personalised items as by the nature of the product as we cannot resell them so please be sure not to make any mistakes.
